CLASS INFORMATION

Little Story Explorers Ltd 

Our sessions are suitable for babies and children up to age 4.Each session is 45 minutes long.

 

Payments 

Each session is £6.50 per child (£3.50 for siblings). Places are allocated on a first come first served basis and are limited for all sessions. We operate a block-booking system, in blocks of 3 or 4 sessions. 

Once your child has an offer for a place confirmed by email (after completing the booking form) we will ask for your full payment for the block in order to secure their place.

Refunds and cancellations

In the unlikely event that we needed to cancel a class (e.g. extreme weather) we will endeavour to notify you immediately.

 

Disclaimer

Participation is at own risk and parents/carers are responsible for the health and safety of themselves, their children and their property. The class teachers are cannot be responsible for any child or property at any time.

 

Sickness

Any child displaying symptoms listed as key covid19 symptoms should not attend class and the class teacher be informed asap. If your child is unwell we ask all parents/carers to exercise common sense and consider the health of others and keep their child at home. If your child has a contagious or infectious condition please do not bring them to class and inform the class teacher.

 

Hygiene

Participants are requested to remove outer footwear when sat on the rug for hygiene purposes.

 

Safety

For safety, food or hot drinks are not permitted during the session. Drinks for children should have secure lids.

 

Photo 

Please feel free to take photographs of your child during the sessions but do seek permission if others will be on the photograph and respect others' wishes if they decline. We will take photographs and share them on social media with your permission only.

 

Phones

Mobile phones should be on silent/vibrate mode or switched off to prevent disturbing the session.
